Peers ThinkTank was founded by Marc Chouinard of Strategy-Driven Performance and Laura Tykodi of Laura Tykodi and Co.  After many years working closely with top executives and organizations’ leaders, it became clear that the old adage “it’s lonely at the top” is true. It also became clear that leaders, for time and potential career liability reasons, have very little opportunity to open up and candidly express, explore, and test their perspectives.

Marc and Laura founded Peers ThinkTank to offer organizations’ leaders this safe and anonymous place where they can explore all facets of themselves, and become the best leader they have ever been.
