What is Peers ThinkTank

Peers ThinkTank is a leaders' development event.  It brings top executives together to expand their leadership "ability," by sharing their expertise and challenging each other.  Leaders gain insights and expand their views and knowledge about what’s possible when facing specific challenges or wanting to meet specific objectives

Where it came from

Peers ThinkTank was born out of the desire to offer leaders a safe and anonymous place where they can challenge themselves and be challenged by their peers in relation to critical business matters. This is of critical importance because it is often difficult, if not impossible, for leaders to candidly express, explore and test their perspectives, without risking potentially negative repercussions from parties with different views.

Another focus of the Peers ThinkTank was to offer leaders a way to receive the feedback of 10 to 20 of their peers within less than 3 hours. The Peers ThinkTank's quest has been about developing the methodology and finding and expanding on a group intelligence medium that gives all participants:

• The opportunity to safely express their position and get immediate feedback from their peers

• Anonymity—it gives leaders the opportunity to safely express their personal challenges or past mistakes without creating potential career liabilities

• Access to the perspectives, knowledge and expertise of 10 to 20 of their peers

• Access to up-to-date and practical suggestions to increase their effectiveness as leaders
