Marc is a lifelong student and researcher in personal and organizational performance and transformation.

His focus, interests, and passions are about cutting edge research and organizational transformation planning and implementation methodologies that look at organizations and the human beings that compose them as a dynamic whole.

Marc has a graduate degree in Psychology with focus on individual and organizational transformation, and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to bring about lasting dramatic change. Over the years, Marc has accumulated over 3000 hours as a performance coach, working with top executives and elite athletes. Marc’s dedication to the deployment of sustainable changes led him to research and design training transfer processes and analysis methods that have proven to increase transfer by over 300%.

Recently, Marc was recruited by the Academy of Business Strategy in London (UK) to develop a coaching and mentoring-based organizational performance model. Marc is the developer of the Culture-Matrix assessment methodology. The Culture-Matrix reveals the “real” living culture of an organization and the Performance-Drivers and Performance-Drains—the conscious and unconscious organizational dynamics that support or prevent the deployment of sustainable organizational change initiatives and the success of the organization’s objectives.
